Ms. Keondra "KeKe" Nashelle Pace

Ms. Keondra “KeKe” Nashelle Pace, 34, of Peoria, IL, passed away on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Ottawa, IL. Keondra was born on November 14, 1990 in Peoria, IL to Teresa Pace and Devone Doss. Keondra was a member of First Apostolic Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ where she served as the assistant youth director and a member of the choir. She loved the Lord and was saved and filled with the Holy Spirit. Keondra was a song bird and sang with the gospel group Integrity. She took pride in her being the oldest child and was very interested in the genealogy of her family. Keondra was an aesthetician and was very stylish. She had an amazing talent for cosmetology. Keondra leaves to cherish her most precious memories, her father, Devone (Tamara) Doss of St. Louis, MO; four brothers, D’Anthony (Lydia) Doss of Nebraska, Michael Doss of Brooklyn, IL and Timberlyn Doss Pickens and Tyler Doss-Pickens both of Green Bay, WI; six sisters, Lyesha “Nikki” Williams, Maleah Williams, Marcoya (Stewart) Wilkinson and McKenna Craig all of Peoria, IL, Keisha Doss of Eureka, IL and Talyn Doss-Pickens of Green Bay, WI; her step father, Eric Williams of Peoria, IL; maternal grandmother, Mary Pace of Peoria, IL; paternal grandmother, Lillie Glenn of Florissant, MO; paternal grandfather, Chester Snow of St. Louis, MO; six aunts, Mary “Missy” (Bob) Gagnon, Ruby (Melvin) Rogers, Monique Sidwell all of Peoria, IL, Daisy Bennett of Chicago, IL, Karneisha Rivera of Dallas, TX and LaTonya Whitaker of Suffolk, VA and; four uncles, Pastor Leon (Felishia) Pace, Jr., and Daniel Pace all of Peoria, IL, Shelton Whitaker of Jonesboro, AR and Antonio Snow of Utah and a host of other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who loved her. She is preceded in death by her mother, Teresa Williams and her maternal grandfather, Leon Pace, Sr. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Friday, May 16, 2025, at Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ with a visitation prior at 10 am. District Elder Bolden, II is the host pastor and Rev. Leon Pace, Jr., Pastor of 1st Apostolic Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ, will officiate. Simons Mortuary has been entrusted with arrangements.
