Miss Willow A’riya Harvey, of Peoria, IL, leaving this world far too soon at the tender age of 2, passed away peacefully at her residence, at 11:22 am on Friday, February 20, 2026. Our precious Willow A’riya Harvey, lovingly known as “Willow Pop,” was born on May 22, 2023, in Peoria, IL to Mikheala Harvey and Andrea Robb. We can only pray that Willow was dreaming of her cherished “Poppy Plush” toy as she passed peacefully at home. Though her time with us was brief, she was full of life and always made her presence known. Willow was our tiny warrior. Her earliest months were marked by remarkable courage and resilience. For the first eight months of her life, we showered her with love from a distance while she received care at OSF Hospital, where she was born with two genetic conditions that made her fight harder than most ever will. When Willow was finally able to come home, we welcomed her with even greater love and celebration. She enjoyed watching Bluey, playing with her Minnie Mouse phone, driving her remote-control car, and eating her beloved Cheeto Puffs. Willow was a little girl with a big personality. She brought joy, laughter, and just the perfect sprinkle of spiciness to everyone she met. Willow was truly a “Granny’s girl”. While we may never understand why her time with us was so short, we are deeply grateful for every precious moment we were blessed to share with her. Willow leaves to cherish her precious memory, her parents, Mikheala Harvey and Andrea Robb; her maternal grandmother, Michelle Harvey and Margaretta Leach; paternal grandfather, Stephen Morris; maternal great-grandmother, Margaretta Rios; her aunts, Makaila Watson of Edwardville, IL, Malaysia Morris, Rosey Parker and Calaila Leach all of Peoria, IL; her uncles, Brandon Watson of Kansas City, MO and Malik Morris of Peoria, IL; her favorite cousins, Laryn Smith, Jordyn Young, Peyton Young, Bryce Young all of Edwardsville, IL; and her favorite playmates, Nathan Harris and Damian Harris both of Peoria, IL and a host of other relatives and friends who loved her dearly. Willow was preceded in death by her grandfather, Bernell Harvey Sr.; her great-grandfather, Sir James Watson; great-grand father, Walter L. Moore Sr. and her great-grandmother, Mercedes Watson. Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at Love and Kindness Ministries Church, with visitation one half hour prior at 11:30 a.m. Pastor F.
