Mr. Little Mack Ingram Sr.

Mr. Little Mack Ingram, Sr., 79, of Peoria, IL passed away at 3:48 pm on Tuesday, April 6, 2022 at his residence. Little Mack affectionately known at Mack was born on November 19, 1942 in Inverness, MS to Will and Lillian (Rayford) Ingram. He married Minnie Gipson in Peoria, IL in 1974. Mack worked at Peoria Blacktop. He liked to play shuffleboard and being outside sitting in his chair and gardening. Mack love watching his favorite baseball team, the Chicago Cubs, watching western movies on TV and his GMC Arcadia car. Mack leaves to cherish his most precious memories, his wife of 48 years, Minnie Ingram of Peoria, IL; three sons, Rydale Gipson and Anthony Wilson both of Peoria, IL and Little Mack, Jr. of Ft. Wayne, IN; one daughter, Valerie Wilson of Peoria, IL; four brothers, Willie (Lillie) Ingram, David Ingram, James Ingram all of Peoria, IL and L.D. (Jan) Ingram of Clearwater, FL; two sisters, Ernestine Ingram and Virsie Ingram both of Peoria, IL; 5 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; 1 son, Cantral Gipson, 5 brothers, Johnny Rayford, Cleothor Ingram, Beam Ingram, AD Ingram and LC Ingram, 2 sisters, Murlee Newby and Bernice Ingram, 1 sister-in-law, Charleen Ingram, 1 nephew, Bobby Cagle, Jr. and 2 nieces, Peggy Ingram McGee and Arianna Ingram. A special thank you to UnityPoint Methodist Hospice team. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 pm on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at Sovereign Grace M.B. Church with a visitation one-hour prior beginning at 12:30 pm. Pastor Alvin Riley, Sr. will officiate. Mack will be laid to rest at Lutheran Cemetery.
