Ms. Patricia Ann Davis, 73, passed away peacefully at 6:06 pm on November 15, 2020 at her home in Peoria, IL surrounded by family and loved ones. Pat was born on December 13, 1946 to Roscoe, Sr., and Queenola (McAfee) Davis in St. Louis, MO. Pat worked as a manager for many years at the original Big John’s BBQ and recently as a vehicle operator for MV Transportation. Pat leaves to cherish her most precious memory her two children; Tobias (Lori) Davis of Columbus, OH and Tafhi Harris of Chandler, AZ; five brothers, Roscoe Davis, Jr., and Larry (Patricia) Davis of Peoria, IL, Bobby Jo Davis of Ocala, FL, Dwayne (Helen) Davis of Newnan, GA and Mark Davis of Oakland, CA; two sisters, Janice Pickett of Oakland, CA and Robin Davis of Peoria, IL; five grandchildren: Nia, Rachel, Zoe, Preston, and Parker; her beloved dog, Duke and a host of nieces, nephews and her many friends and co-workers who loved her cooking and vivacious spirit. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Ronald Davis and Keith LaHarold Jones and two sisters, Marilyn Yarborough and Yolanda Davis. A private graveside service will be held at 2 pm on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Lutheran Cemetery. Vice Chief Bishop Leroy Smith of Church of the Living God, Peoria will bring words of comfort.
