Mr. Terry Gene Linwood, Jr., 32, of Peoria, IL passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center. Terry was born on May 19, 1985 in Peoria, IL to Terry Linwood, Sr. and Florida (Williams) Chase. Terry was a graduate of Woodruff High School. He married the love of his life, Kenisha Lewis. Terry was a very compassionate man who passionately loved his wife, children and family. He also had a great love for cooking and fishing. Terry leaves to cherish his most precious memories his loving wife, Kenisha Linwood of Peoria; three sons, Masyn Linwood, Karter Linwood and J’veonte Walker of Peoria; four daughters, Taniyla Linwood, Ter’ryah Linwood, Aniylah Stimage and Amarrah Stimage all of Peoria; his father, Terry Linwood, Sr. of Peoria and his mother, Florida (Greg, Sr.) Chase of Pontiac, MI; one brother, Greg Chase, Jr., of Winsor Canada; five sisters, his twin sister, Canary Linwood, Yashika Linwood and Terica Linwood all of Columbus, OH, Nyssha Chase and Toi Chase both of Windsor Canada; his mother-in-law, Brenda Myers of Peoria and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends who loved him. He is preceded in death by his brother, Jacob Williams. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at the Church of the Living God, Temple, 130 with a visitation beginning at 10 am. Vice Chief Bishop Leroy Smith, Pastor, will officiate. Terry will be laid to rest at Parkview Cemetery. Simons Mortuary has been entrusted with arrangements.
