Mr. Giresse Mutombo Ndingambote

Mr. Giresse Mutombo Ndingambote, 32, of Peoria, IL, formerly of Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo, passed at 7:14 pm on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at his residence. Giresse was born on September 6, 1989 in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo to Polidor Mutombo Luvunga and Monique Dietema Kapambu. He married Merveille NKoyi Tamundele. Giresse was employed at Callian Foods in Peoria. Giresse loved soccer and watching movies. He loved spending time with his family and had a great sense of humor. Giresse was a member of Capernaum Church under the leadership of Pastor Maxime Kawonda. He was one of the leaders of the room prayer. He loves to sing also play the tam-tam in the Church. Giresse leaves to cherish his most precious memory his loving wife, Merveille Tamundele; his mother, Monique Dietema Kapambu; two sons, Giresse Ndingambote Mutombo and Lutumba wa Bukongo Jiereh Vincent; two daughters, Nénette wa Mutombo Mutombo and Alphonsine Mansiambundu Mutombo and a host other family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at Woodland Baptist Church, 6915 N. Allen Rd., Peoria, IL 61614, where Capernaum Church holds their services with a visitation one hour prior to the service beginning at 10 AM. Pastor Maxime Kawonda of Capernaum Church will officiate. Giresse will be buried at Historic Springdale Cemetery, 3014 N. Prospect Rd., Peoria, IL 61603. Simons Mortuary has been entrusted with arrangements.
